Our Wedding Process: Simple Step-by-Step

01 Choose Your Look
Visit us to explore fabrics, styles, and set up your wedding profile. We’ll guide you through the best options for your party.

02 Get Sized
Local members are sized in-store by our experts. Out-of-town members can get measured by a local tailor and submit their measurements online.

03 Confirm Your Order
Once all sizes are on file, the groom requests to confirm the order for suits & accessories (3+ months before wedding). Deposits are collected after.

04 Get Fitted
After the order is confirmed, suits arrive within 4–6 weeks, then all members must get fitted in-store for alterations at least 3 weeks before the wedding.

05 Pick Up & Enjoy
Garments are typically ready 7–10 days before the event during off-season months, and 4–6 days prior during peak wedding season. Timing may vary slightly based on volume. Final payment is collected at pick up.

SIZINGS & FITTINGS

  • Yes, appointments are required for every visit. Schedule your appointment here.

  • No, we prefer each person come at their convenience. If you must come as a group, please know the fitting/sizing process will take substantially longer.

  • Yes, we need to know what style your group will be wearing when they come in to get sized to ensure the correct size is ordered.

  • They can get measured at a local tailor shop or menswear store and call us or submit measurements here.

  • No, we only use those measurements to order in the suit. We need to do the custom fitting in-person to guarantee the desired fit.

  • Coat size (eg., 42R, 48L), chest measurement, overarm measurement, shirt collar & sleeve, height, weight.

  • Garments are typically ready 7–10 days before the event during off-season months, and 4–6 days prior during peak wedding season. Timing may vary slightly based on volume.

  • Yes, please let us know if your group is wearing boots, as it often impacts which fit we order.

  • No, we do not offer boys sizes in suits, shirts, or accessories.

ORDERING

  • Once all sizes are on file, the groom requests to confirm the order for suits & accessories (3+ months before wedding). Late confirmations incur an expedite fee of $50 per suit / $5 per accessory. Please note, any items cancelled after the confirmation will be charged a restocking fee.

  • We ask that you confirm the shirt/tie order with your suit order, OR at least 2 months prior to the wedding.

  • We let the groom manage all communication with their party. The groom will be notified when the order comes in and we ask that you inform your party.

  • After the order is confirmed, some orders arrive in as little as 3 weeks while others could take 6 weeks or more. Timing varies by vendor, inventory status, and shipping times.

PAYMENT / DEPOSITS

  • 50% of the cost of the suits/tuxes only. Can be one large payment for the group or paid individually by party members.

  • We start collecting the deposits once the groom/bride has confirmed the order.

  • If everyone is paying individually, we can text a link to the bride/groom once they confirm the order.
    If one person will be taking care of all the deposits, we can email an invoice to be paid online.
    Payments can also be taken in-store or over the phone.

  • We collect the balance on the suit/tux and any accessories (shirts/ties) when it's picked up (the week of the wedding).
